Steph Grice

Steph Grice currently serves as General Manager of Clinical Operations at Harbor Health since January 2024. Prior to this role, Grice held the position of Vice President of Operations at Memora Health from January 2019 to January 2024, focusing on AI workflows for care teams during the company's growth from seed to Series B. Grice's earlier experience includes positions at Kaiser Permanente as Head of Business Operations and Lead Strategy Consultant in the Office of the CIO, where initiatives encompassed IT transformation and HR practices. Grice began a career in strategy consulting at Triage Consulting Group, progressing from Associate to Senior Strategy Consultant within the Office of the CIO, and previously worked in Strategy & Operations at Georgetown University Hospital. Grice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management & Policy from Georgetown University, earned in May 2012.
