Felicia M. began their career at Compass Medical in 2015 as the Manager, Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer. During their tenure, they successfully fulfilled their role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protecting patient privacy. In July 2023, they joined Harbor Health Services, Inc. as the Director of Compliance and Risk Management, where they continue to lead and implement compliance strategies. Felicia M. Talbot, CHC, CPCO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they became certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). In 2016, they acquired the Physician Chart Auditor Certification from Physician Chart Auditors (PCA).
