Rachael C.

Rachael C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachael started their career in 2001 as a Program Associate/Assistant to the Director at the Boston Center for Community and Justice. From there, they worked as a Student Life Coordinator at Prospect Hill Academy Charter School in 2002. In 2004, Rachael had field placements in the HIV Team of the Social Service Department at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and at the CASSEL Centre for Counseling and Social Work. Rachael then transitioned to a role as a Senior Practitioner/Social Worker at Southwark Council in 2006 before moving to the London Borough of Bromley as a Practice Consultant/Supervisor of the Family Focus Team/Social Worker in 2009.

In 2010, Rachael joined Harbor Health Services, Inc. as a Manager of Client Services, where they stayed until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Training and Organizational Development. Rachael then took on the role of Acting Director of Human Resources for a few months in 2020 before being promoted to Director of Human Resources until 2022. Currently, Rachael holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Harbor Health Services, Inc., where they are responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function.

Rachael C. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Rachael later pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2003 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Rachael obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2021. Rachael also acquired the CANS certification in January 2018. Additionally, Rachael attained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Organization Design in October 2022, Talent Sourcing in April 2022, and Talent Management in March 2022. Lastly, they obtained the LICSW certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in October 2013.
