Stephanie Baker is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and health services management. Currently serving as the Director of Health Services at Harbor House of Louisville since June 2022 and the Director of Nursing and Personal Care at Treyton Oak Towers since February 2021, Stephanie has previously held significant roles such as Chief Operating Officer/Director of Nursing at FRIENDSHIP HEALTH & REHAB, LLC and Director of Nursing at Louisville East Post Acute. With a strong foundation in nursing management established through various positions at Nazareth Home-Clifton and Trilogy Health Services, Stephanie Baker holds a degree from the University of Arizona and is dedicated to enhancing health services within the community.
