Champe S. Andrews III, AIF®, serves as the Director and Vice President at Harbor Investment Advisory since January 2011. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and Client Advisor at Alex. Brown, both from December 1995 to January 2011, and as an Associate in Fixed Income Trading at Legg Mason from September 1992 to December 1995. Champe completed an MBA in Finance at the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola University Maryland, between 1997 and 1999, and holds a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, earned from 1987 to 1991.
