Kevin Patterson advises both corporate and law firm clients on issues involving electronically stored information (ESI), including defensible collection methodologies, processing and review workflows, and litigation contingency and readiness planning.
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in the litigation support industry, including leadership roles with in-house and outside counsel, and national eDiscovery service providers. He has presented numerous training seminars and MCLE courses on ESI subjects, including the FRCP, ESI workflows, and data preservation. He has also authored published articles on discovery-related topics.
Kevin has been involved in some of the largest litigation matters in the country. He’s led support teams in class action securities litigation, DA and AG investigations, bankruptcy litigation, SEC investigations, M&As, HSR 2nd requests, class action toxic tort litigation, patent infringement, and white collar criminal matters.
He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
