Currently serving as a Senior Mastering Producer at Harbor Picture Company since April 2022, Rob has also co-founded INDEE+ and held leadership positions at Eclair and Eikon Group Limited. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Production, Senior Media Technician, and Mastering Technician at various companies, where Rob honed skills in digital cinema mastering, quality control, and client communication. Rob's career began at Technicolor, with a progression through various technical and operational roles, building a strong foundation in digital cinema standards and practices.
