Nick Wellington

Nick Wellington is an experienced educator with a focus on the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, currently serving as the IB Program Coordinator at Edmonds Woodway High School since August 2015. In this role, Nick manages daily operations, ensures compliance with IB policies, and acts as a liaison with the IB organization. Additionally, Nick has been an IB History Teacher and DP History Examiner since April 2022, assessing student work according to IB standards. Prior experience includes teaching at Redmond High School and Lake Stevens Sr High School, as well as roles such as Group Fitness Instructor at Harbor Square Athletic Club and Surgery Coordinator at Seattle Children's. Educational qualifications include a BA in History and MA in Education from the University of Washington, and currently pursuing an English Language Learners endorsement at Seattle Pacific University.
