Adrienne Frautten has extensive experience in the field of early childhood education. Adrienne started their career at Harborlight Montessori School in 2003, where they served as a Toddler Teacher for almost 18 years. In July 2021, they took on the role of Children's House Lead Teacher at the same institution. Currently, they are working as an Infant/Toddler Instructor at the Montessori Institute- New England, starting from August 2022.

Adrienne Frautten's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education from the University of Connecticut, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Adrienne also holds an Infant/Toddler credential from the National Center for Montessori Education-New England, completed in 2004. In 2015, Frautten received an Early Childhood credential from the Montessori Institute of New England. Adrienne further pursued their education at Gordon College, where they obtained a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from 2011 to 2017. Most recently, in 2022, Frautten completed the Instructor Academy Infant/Toddler certificate program in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the American Montessori Society.
