Liz Elliott

Liz Elliott is an experienced local government senior executive, currently serving as Interim Chief Executive at Harborough District Council. Liz has a long history of working in local government finance, starting as a Group Accountant at Northamptonshire County Council in 1997. Liz then spent 5 years as Head of Finance at Borough council of Wellingborough before taking on the role of Managing Director at Wellingborough Council in 2017. Liz also served as Interim Head of Paid Service at North Northamptonshire shadow authority from June 2020 to September 2020, ensuring the smooth transition to the new unitary council for April 2021.
