Mark Patterson

Mark Patterson has extensive experience in strategic growth and planning, currently serving as the Strategic Growth Manager at Harborough District Council since January 2003. This role represents a natural evolution from previous positions, including Strategic Growth Team Leader and Special Projects Team Leader, all focused on delivering proactive strategic growth initiatives within the district, particularly related to the forthcoming Local Plan. Mark's career began as a Student Planner at Plymouth City Council, with a foundational education in Urban and Regional Planning from Coventry University and secondary education at Springwood High School in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
