The Flight Operations Team at Harbour Air is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the airline's fleet of seaplanes. This team plans and executes flight schedules, manages routing, coordinates air traffic control communications, and ensures each flight adheres to aviation regulations and company safety standards. Additionally, they oversee the logistics of daily operations, including weather assessment and fuel management, to facilitate a seamless travel experience for passengers.
