James Prosise

James Prosise has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Resident Engineer at Harbour Contractors, Inc. since November 2005. Prior to this role, James worked as a Resident Engineer at the same company. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Field Engineer at Alfred Benesch & Company from July 1999 to November 2005 and working in Bituminous Quality Control at D Construction from May 1997 to November 2005. James holds a degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
