Fred Niemeier

Fred Niemeier has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Fred started their career at General Motors as a Production Supervisor and Quality Analyst. Fred then worked at PRTM Management Consultants as a Manager, advising senior executives on operational and strategic initiatives. Following that, they joined Danaher Corporation as a Global Director for Strategic Sourcing & Materials.

In 2007, Fred transitioned to Baird Capital, where they served as a Vice President for three years. Fred then joined IDEX Corporation, where they held several leadership roles including Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations/General Manager, Asia Pacific in Gast Manufacturing. Fred was also the Managing Director for Fast & Fluid Management Europe and the General Manager for the Liquid Controls Business Unit.

Fred's most recent role was at Harbour Group, where they served as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Global Operations. Fred was later promoted to the position of Group President. At Harbour Group, they oversaw the acquisition and management of over 200 companies across diverse industries.
