Nikki Dahm

Nikki Dahm is an experienced operations assistant currently working at Harbour Investments since May 2017. Previously, Nikki held various roles, including bartender at Vitense Golfland from March 2019 to March 2023, customer service specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods from September 2017 to July 2018, and head trainer at Nationwide Inbound from April 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included training, supervising staff, and managing customer relations. Nikki's early experience as a sales associate at Shopko involved retail customer service and store maintenance. Nikki obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Highland Community College, Illinois, from 2014 to 2016, and graduated from Freeport High School in 2014.
