His leadership skill is also extended towards non-profit institutions such as in the Malaysia Red Cresent Bintulu Chapter and Bintulu Muslim Charitable Board. Datu Ir Haji Mohidden was on the Board of University Putra Malaysia from 2015 to 2018.
