Kevin Bertschmann has extensive experience in customer success and client services, currently holding the position of Manager of the Customer Success Team at Harbor Networks since March 2014, where previous responsibilities also included serving as Client Services Manager. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Latham Centers, Inc. from May 2012 to October 2013 as Direct Care staff. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2013, and graduated with a diploma from Dover Sherborn High School in 2009.
