Nick O'Neal

Nick O'Neal serves as the Director of Professional Services at Harbor IT since July 2025. Previously, Nick held the position of Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Manager of Professional Services at Lockstep Technology Group from April 2023 to July 2025. Nick also worked at VC3 as Regional Manager of Service Delivery from May 2018 to April 2023, and at Infinity Network Solutions, Inc. as Manager of Managed Services and Systems Engineer from June 2012 to April 2018. Nick O'Neal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and IT with a concentration in Production and Operations Management from Middle Georgia State University, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Additionally, Nick completed the Leadership Accelerator program at Learning @ Morning Brew in late 2022.
