Harbour Search Solutions is a specialist recruitment firm focused on legal and insurance markets across the US and Canada.

We operate across two sectors:

Private Practice — We place attorneys at leading law firms across the US and Canada, with a focus on corporate, finance, M&A and tax practices at all levels of seniority — where discretion, market access and the right introduction make all the difference.

Transactional Risk & Tax — We work with insurers and brokers to place specialists across representations & warranties, tax insurance and complex claims — bringing deep market knowledge to a sector where the talent pool is small and the right hire matters.

Our approach combines deep market knowledge with legal market intelligence platforms to deliver a more thorough, data-informed search. We map the lateral landscape — team structures, deal experience, career trajectories — to surface candidates that traditional sourcing methods miss.

Every search is led personally by our founder. No hand-offs. No volume. Senior-level attention from mandate through to placement and beyond.
