Jason Ellison

Jason Ellison is an accomplished professional in the field of compliance and marketing operations, currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager and Head of Marketing Compliance Operations at HarbourVest Partners since January 2022. Prior to this, Jason spent over a decade at Foreside Financial Group, LLC, advancing through several roles including Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, conducting marketing communications reviews for SEC and FINRA compliance, and performing office inspections. Earlier experience includes positions as Regional Sales Representative at Guardian Investor Services and RS Investments, as well as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial. Jason began the career as a stockbroker trainee intern at Chicago Investment Group. Jason holds a degree in Psychology, Behavioral and Personality from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
