Kristy Falco

Kristy Falco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, digital, and client reporting. Beginning a career at Joseph Abboud in 2010 as a Marketing Intern, Kristy progressed through roles at The Hodges Partnership as a Public Relations Intern and then as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator at Joseph Abboud. Kristy's trajectory continued at Estée Lauder as a Global Creative Services Associate and at CMDTY Capital Management LP as a Business Operations Manager from 2013 to 2017. Since December 2017, Kristy has been with HarbourVest Partners, advancing through positions from Associate to Manager in Data & Digital, emphasizing expertise in client reporting and communications. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Communication Studies, with a minor in Journalism from the University of Richmond and has also studied at The University of Queensland.
