Previously, Paul held the position of Sales Director at EUROPA CROWN UK LIMITED for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing a global sales team, overseeing large-scale contract negotiations, and fostering partnerships in emerging markets. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Hull, coupled with a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering from Hull College.
