Ed H. has over 30 years of experience in client success and relationship management roles. Ed started their career as a National Account Manager at METAVANTE in 2001, where they oversaw the development and implementation of programs for Stored Value Clients. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Hinda Incentives as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with top clients. In 2012, Ed joined 1 to 1 Card as the Director of Client Relationship Management, managing a team and focusing on relationship building and revenue growth. In 2014, they moved to Grass Roots America as the Director of Client Relationships, where they implemented analytics and managed budgets for client accounts. Ed then worked at Vanson Technology Services as a Senior Project Manager from 2015 to 2017, leading cross-functional teams and participating in the pre-sales process. Currently, Ed is the Director of Client Success at Harco Incentives, overseeing the Client Success Team and developing customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
Ed H. has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Economics from Elmhurst University.
