Donna Kasper

Donna Kasper is an experienced purchasing and procurement professional with a robust background in managing the procurement of materials and goods across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at HarcoSemco since May 2022, Donna specializes in negotiating price reductions, implementing contracts, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Prior to this role, Donna held various positions at Henkel, including Corporate Purchasing Manager for North America, where significant cost savings and supplier service improvements were achieved. With a career spanning over three decades, Donna has demonstrated expertise in supplier management, cost-effective purchasing, and leadership in mentoring teams, holding previous positions at Tag Worldwide, Curtis Packaging, and Elizabeth Arden.
