Tim Thompson is a passionate and high-energy executive leader with an extensive track record of driving breakthrough process improvements and achieving record sales and financial performance. As the current President of HarcoSemco and Founding Principal of T3 Consulting LLC, Tim combines data-driven insights with exceptional decision-making and communication skills to develop high-performing teams. Notable competencies include inspirational leadership, strategic planning, international P&L management, lean enterprise execution, and strong M&A experience, supported by extensive roles in organizations like Transcendia, Inc., MW Industries, Inc., and Danaher Corporation. Tim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed executive education at the University of Michigan.
