They have also supervised development projects within deadlines and budgets, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they hold certificates in Women in Influence, Leadership & Management and Change Management from The University of Auckland. Currently serving as the General Manager of Residential Property Management at Harcourts Cooper & Co, Deb McKinnie continues to excel in the real estate industry.
