Steve Caradoc-Davies is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the Harcourts International Property Group. As the Managing Director of Harcourts Platinum since January 1990 and Owner since January 1989, Steve has played a pivotal role in the organization's success. In addition, Steve has served on the Harcourts South Africa Board of Directors and the Harcourts Franchise Council, and previously held the position of Director at Harcourts South Africa from January 1991 to October 2023. Steve also served as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Harcourts International Ltd from April 2019 to July 2023, focusing on global franchise growth and enhancing value across various stakeholders. Steve's foundational education includes completing Matric at Hottentots Holland High School from 1984 to 1988.
