James Grantham

James Grantham has over 20 years of work experience in engineering and chemical industry. James began their career in 1996 as a Product Specialist at Betz Dearborn. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Project/Process Engineer at Callaway Chemicals. In 1999, they joined Lynx Chemical Group as a Project/Process Engineer. Since 2004, James has been working at Harcros Chemicals. James started as a Plant Manager and later became the Director of Engineering. In their role, they managed all aspects of a specialty chemical plant and was responsible for new capital projects and process improvements.

James Grantham earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification as a Process Hazard Analysis Leader from the Process Safety Institute in January 2000.
