Mike Bachta

Mike Bachta is an experienced artist manager and partner in the music industry, currently serving as a Partner and Artist Manager at Hard 8 Working Group since September 2012, as well as a Partner and Manager at The Hard Working Record Company since January 2023. With a career spanning nearly two decades, Mike has held key positions in various firms, including Working Group Artist Management since September 2012, and previously with In De Goot Entertainment / McGathy Promotions from May 2007 to December 2011. Mike founded Bachta Management in 2004 and managed artists there until May 2007, and also contributed to KMA Management from February 2005 to April 2007.
