Keean Lard is an experienced fitness coach at HEW Fitness since September 2021, focusing on leading classes, demonstrating movements, teaching proper lifting techniques, and fostering a positive environment. Prior to this role, Keean served as a solar proposal designer and residential PV systems designer at Infinity Energy INC from December 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Keean was the lead outreach student ambassador at Sierra College from August 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included mentoring and providing prospective students with information about available resources. Keean's early experience includes a position as a busser at Skipolinis between October 2017 and April 2018. Keean holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Sierra College, earned in 2020.
