Michael Chadwick is a seasoned real estate finance professional with extensive experience in hard money lending and business development. As Co-Founder of Hard Money Lender Direct and Lenders Leverage since January 2020, Michael has been instrumental in providing innovative lending solutions for real estate investors. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales at Asset Based Lending, LLC, Michael significantly expanded the company's loan portfolio in New England. Michael's career includes leadership roles at EMCAP Lending, Procaccianti Companies, TriSail Capital Corporation, and Berkshire Mortgage Finance, demonstrating expertise in underwriting, asset management, and capital markets. Michael holds a degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and has attended Boston University.
