Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is an experienced gaming operations professional currently serving as the Director of Slot Operations at Hard Rock Casino Rockford since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek as the Assistant Director of Slots from February 2016 to October 2021, following a tenure as Slot Technical Manager at the same casino from November 2004 to February 2016. In these positions, Mark was responsible for technical operations, repairs, conversions, and machine installations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and casino standards. Mark also contributed to the development and maintenance of a slot accounting and analysis database to enhance casino floor performance. Earlier in their career, Mark served as an Avionics Technician for the USMC from January 1998 to August 2004, specializing in avionics for the CH-53E Super Stallion.
