Adam Kubiaczyk

Adam Kubiaczyk is an experienced technology leader specializing in architecture and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Director of Technology and Lead Architect at Hard Rock Digital since January 2023, Adam previously held the position of Enterprise Architect at Kyndryl from September 2021 to December 2022, and Chief Architect at IBM from June 2010 to August 2021, where responsibilities included defining strategy, complex solution design, and managing large teams. Adam's career also includes a role as Service Integration Leader and Network Specialist at IBM, focusing on client engagement and infrastructure implementation. Earlier professional experience includes project management at Fundacja na Rzecz Edukacji i Zdrowia "Perspektywa." Adam holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2009.
