Ajay Padarthi

Motion Designer and Animator at Hard Rock Digital

Ajay Padarthi has a diverse work experience in motion design and animation. Ajay started their career as a freelance motion graphic designer at Elance from January 2015 to March 2016. Ajay then worked at tv99 studios as a motion graphic designer from January 2016 to July 2016, where they collaborated with a team to execute various projects such as brand videos, ad films, and social media content.

From October 2018 to March 2020, Ajay worked at Utah Jazz as a motion graphic designer and editor. During their time there, they created motion graphic elements for in-arena promotions, worked with NBA mascots on mascot skit videos, and collaborated with NBA and MiLB players to create player features.

Ajay joined Groundworks in March 2020 as a motion graphic designer and editor and stayed until February 2022. Ajay specialized in 3D CGI components and used motion graphics software to enhance websites, apps, videos, and presentations. Ajay independently conceptualized designs for various media projects, including animations, video presentations, and graphic simulations.

Currently, Ajay is employed at Hard Rock Digital since March 2022 as a motion designer and animator. Ajay plays a key role in developing inspiring work and setting the vision for brand expression through motion design. Ajay collaborates with team members to conceptualize and execute animation projects for the company's social platforms, making technical and creative decisions for different types of motion-based projects.

Throughout their work experience, Ajay has displayed a keen design eye, innovative thinking, and strong skills in motion graphics and animation.

Ajay Padarthi completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between the years 2010 and 2014. Ajay then pursued a diploma in Visual Effects from Inspire Institute from 2013 to 2014. Following this, Ajay went on to attain a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Motion Media and Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.
