Balious Pruitt

Balious Pruitt has a diverse work experience in data engineering and database administration. Balious started their career in 2004 at Overwatch Systems Tactical Operations as a Systems Analyst and Database Administrator, where they provided support for various applications and performed SQL Server database administration and development. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Trion Worlds, Inc., initially as a Database Administrator and later as an ETL Engineer. Their responsibilities included maintaining databases and building data marts using various technologies such as C#, Python, PIG, Java, Sqoop, and SQL. In 2018, they joined gamigo US Inc as a Data Engineer, where they migrated on-premise data systems to Google Cloud's BigQuery and built data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Python. Currently, since 2021, they are working at Hard Rock Digital as a Sr Data Warehouse Engineer.

Balious Pruitt attended Old Dominion University from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Balious focused their studies on Management Information Systems and Criminal Justice during this period.
