SVP Predictive Analytics at Hard Rock Digital

Earl Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2020. Earl started their career at UPS as a PAS Technology Implementation Manager, where they successfully implemented the PAS technology for multiple delivery hubs, achieving top miles-reduction performance. After their time at UPS, Earl Mitchell worked at Wolfram Solutions as a Computer Programming Developer/Consultant and later as the Director of Technology, where they managed teams of developers and specialized in predictive algorithm development and custom Wolfram Alpha applications. In 2014, they joined StarsDraft as the CIO, focusing on designing a state-of-the-art daily fantasy sports experience and utilizing predictive analytics for athlete and team performance. Earl Mitchell then moved to FOX Bet in 2019 as the VP of Analytics, responsible for game design, odds calculations, and support for the FOX Sports Super 6 app. Currently, they are working at Hard Rock Digital as the SVP Predictive Analytics, leading the team to create an unparalleled betting experience for sports fans in the online sports betting industry.

Earl Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2002 to 2007. Earl then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they also obtained a Certificate of completion / participation from the A New Kind of Science Summer School, where they studied agent-based modeling, complexity economics, and the application of NKS ideas to social choice theory.
