Gabriel Levin

Gabriel Levin is a seasoned professional in customer success and client growth, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success - Games at Hard Rock Digital since November 2023. Previously, Gabriel held leadership roles including Vice President of Client Growth at Dive and Vice President of Customer Experience at WGAMES. Over a significant tenure at Playtika, from 2013 to November 2019, Gabriel achieved remarkable results, such as developing a unique VIP program that increased VIP revenues tenfold and leading a department to a 20X income growth. Earlier experience includes a position as VIP Manager at a company where Gabriel implemented new procedures for efficiency and a role as Distribution Manager at Scholarly Book Services, managing distribution for the Canadian market. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto.
