Taylor Ray

Taylor Ray has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and research. They started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University in 2020. In this role, they worked on projects related to COVID-19 and transportation. They conducted research, performed data analysis, and developed Python scripts for data collection and analysis. Their tasks included working on social media data analysis for COVID-19 sentiment analysis and developing visualizations for unmanned aircraft systems. In 2021, Taylor joined Hard Rock Digital as a Data Scientist and later progressed to the role of Senior Data Scientist in 2022.

Taylor Ray obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University, which lasted from 2016 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution, which lasted from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their degrees, Taylor also obtained a certification in Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) from the CITI Program, a division of BRANY, in October 2018.
