Bob Ellis has over 20 years of experience in human resources and guest experience roles in the hospitality industry. Bob started their career at Showboat Hotel & Casino as a Performance Management Specialist in 1996 and later joined Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa as the Director of HR & Performance Management in 2001. In 2016, they joined MGM Resorts International as the Director of Human Resources and Guest Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, where they have been working since 2017.
Bob Ellis attended Fordham University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
