Michele Soreth has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michele started their career in 2000 at Trump Entertainment Resorts, where they held various roles including Talent and Development Specialist, Staffing Specialist, and Staffing Representative. During their time at Trump Entertainment Resorts, Michele was responsible for recruiting new employees, conducting interviews, and managing the advertising of available positions. In 2014, they joined AtlantiCare as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they worked until 2017. Michele then moved to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager before being promoted to the Director of Human Resources in March 2018.
Michele Soreth completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications and Public Relations from PennWest California, from 1995 to 1999.
