Roman Nguyen

Roman Nguyen, MBA, currently serves as the Director of FP&A at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento since October 2025. Prior to this role, Roman held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Casino Del Sol Resort from March 2023 to April 2025. Roman's experience includes leadership roles at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce, managing operational performance and analysis from February 2017 to March 2023, and previously serving as Sr. Manager of FP&A at Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos from April 2011 to January 2017. Roman's career began as a Financial Analyst at Apache Casino Hotel and as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Educationally, Roman holds an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
