Stacy Economon is a seasoned visual arts educator and graphic designer with extensive experience in both high school teaching and professional design. Currently serving as a Visual Arts Teacher at Foothill High School since August 2021, Stacy previously taught visual arts at Cosumnes Oaks High School. In parallel, Stacy has been a Senior Graphic Designer at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento since 2020 and has maintained a freelance artist career since 1995. Prior roles include graphic design positions at Chumash Casino Resort and Hotel Corque from 2017 to 2020. Stacy holds a Master of Science in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The American College of Greece.
