Joe Fouquette possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, most notably as a bartender at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego's Float Pool Lounge since February 2017, where responsibilities include crafting cocktails. Prior roles include serving as a barback at both Hard Rock's entertainment venues and Sidebar San Diego, a prominent craft cocktail bar. Early career experiences include serving at Joe's Pizza & Subs, involvement in event staff at the UCSC Office of Physical Education & Recreation, and working as a general contracting assistant with Heiman Construction. Joe Fouquette earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2012 to 2016, showcasing a solid educational foundation to complement practical experience.
