Kelsey also held various leadership positions in recreation and fitness across multiple companies, including Wyndham Vacation Ownership and earlier at Marriott, contributing to significant increases in guest satisfaction metrics. Kelsey's career began with roles at Walt Disney World, CoCo Key Water Resort, Universal Studios, and an internship in human resources at Philadelphia University. Kelsey pursued education at Philadelphia University, the University of Central Florida, and Valencia College.
