Kristen Colby

Kristen Colby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in catering management, restaurant service, and education. Currently serving as the Catering Manager at Willie's Taco Joint since May 2019 and a Lead Server/Bartender/Supervisor at Hard Rock International since July 2016, Kristen possesses strong multitasking abilities, menu knowledge, and excellent people skills. Previous roles include managing social media marketing at Johnny's Tavern, teaching and assisting at Ventura College, and handling operations at various restaurants and retail locations. Kristen holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Kansas and has earned multiple associate degrees, showcasing a solid foundation in both anthropology and criminal justice.
