Seth Williams is an experienced operations professional with a proven track record in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Hard Rock International since January 2018, Seth previously held the role of Director of Operations - North at Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar from September 2015 to January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Productivity at Bonefish Grill, where strategic planning for brand initiatives was coordinated. Additionally, Seth co-founded Oscars Waterfront Bar & Grill, handling concept design and management, and was a Managing Partner at Hops Grill & Brewery, focusing on operational efficiency and financial performance.
