Konstantinos Rigas

Konstantinos (Kosta) Rigas is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Senior Commercial Property Manager at Harden since July 2025. Previously, Konstantinos held similar roles at Groupe MACH and MONDEV, overseeing significant responsibilities, including the management of 1,200 residential units and 150 commercial spaces. From April 2016 to April 2020, Konstantinos excelled as Property Director at SLG Montreal, managing multiple properties. Additional experience includes a tenure as Senior Property Manager at Placements Sergakis Inc. and roles in insurance and real estate. Konstantinos holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, earned between 1993 and 1997, and has been involved as an Executive General Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal.
