Dustin Baker

Dustin Baker is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc., where they oversee all financial data and reporting for the company. Dustin manages a team of 30 accounting professionals and ensures the accuracy of GAAP compliant data. Prior to this role, they served as the Area Controller at the same company, where they analyzed accounting data and worked on broad initiatives. Before joining Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Dustin was the Director of Operations at Aprisa Mexican Cuisine, overseeing the performance of a multi-unit QSR concept. Dustin also held the position of Financial Analyst at ChefStable, where they analyzed operations for a prominent restaurant group. Dustin has experience in managing restaurants and bars as well, including their role as General Manager at Hopworks Urban Brewery and Manager/Lead Bartender at Fonda Rosa. Dustin also has experience in the legal field, having served as an Executive Legal Secretary at Burris & Schoenberg, where they assisted with legal preparations and research.

Dustin Baker attended The McCallie School from 1991 to 1997 for their high school education. Dustin then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Pomona College between 1997 and 2001. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they studied at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and obtained an Executive MBA.
