Arianne Kieve

As Proposal & Marketing Manager, Arianne works closely with teams across all four of our offices to promote our work and bring new business into Harder+Company. She supports corporate and local business development teams with developing proposals and presentations. She also plays a lead role in developing and maintaining our CRM database, monitors the marketplace for new business opportunities, and contributes to business development planning.

Arianne brings a personal passion for community change to her role at Harder+Company. With a background in urban studies, she has seen firsthand how diverse communities benefit from informed, well-planned services. Prior to joining our team in 2014, Arianne coordinated proposals, presentations, and other marketing efforts for Selbert Perkins Design, a graphic design firm, and MKThink, an architecture and planning firm. Outside of work, Arianne enjoys dabbling in arts and crafts, collecting obscure facts for bar trivia, and singing in the car.
