Brian Weisbart is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across various roles in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Hardfin since April 2024, Brian previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Butter Insurance, where responsibilities included managing a development team, overseeing the integration of new insurance partners, and creating regulatory policies. Prior to Butter, Brian worked at GoodRx as a Staff Software Engineer, contributing to significant reductions in error rates and scale during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background in architecture and systems design from roles at Tala, The Marketing Store, and Poggled, Brian has consistently focused on building scalable and maintainable software solutions while managing diverse teams.
